1. Who we are

BizProfit is an application created and operated by Catherine Paz, doing business as Pure Love Project, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States ("we"). You can reach us at pureloveproject25@gmail.com. By creating an account or using BizProfit, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• Your account is personal and for your business. Do not share or resell it.

3. Plans, free trial and payments

• BizProfit is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, at the prices shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes.
• New customers receive 1 month free. A payment method is required to start; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first charge is made at the end of that month.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed through Stripe and its Managed Payments service. Stripe acts as the seller and processor of the transaction, calculates and collects sales tax, and its own terms apply to the payment. We never see or store your full card details.
• We may change prices in the future. If we do, we will notify you in advance and the change will apply from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from the app, in My account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Payments for periods that have already started are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review it.
• If you cancel, your data is kept so you'll find it the same if you return. You can ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.

5. Gift codes and promotions

Gift or discount codes are personal, have the use and duration indicated, have no cash value and may end when their period expires.

6. What BizProfit does and does not do

• BizProfit makes calculations with the information you enter: costs, times, expenses, tax rates and more. Results depend on that information being correct.
• Prices, goals, reports and tax amounts are estimates and support tools. You decide your prices and are responsible for reviewing your numbers.
• BizProfit is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. To file your taxes or make important decisions, consult a qualified professional.
• The carrier calculators the app opens belong to those companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). We do not control their rates.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use BizProfit for illegal activities, to access other people's accounts, to harm the service, or to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app. We may suspend accounts that do not follow these terms.

8. Your content and our app

• Your data (products, customers, orders, logo) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
• BizProfit, its design, text and name belong to Pure Love Project.
• If you send us a review or an idea through "I want to hear from you", we may use it to improve the app. Reviews are used in advertising only if you give permission when sending them.

9. Availability

We work to keep BizProfit running at all times, but there may be pauses for maintenance or failures of outside services. We recommend downloading a copy of your data from My account from time to time.

10. Limitation of liability

BizProfit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, lost profits or damages arising from the use of the app or from decisions made with its calculations. If we are ever found liable, the maximum amount will be what you paid for BizProfit in the previous 12 months.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or within the app. If you keep using BizProfit after the change, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
