1. Who takes care of your data

BizProfit is operated by Catherine Paz, doing business as Pure Love Project, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States. For any privacy matter, write to us at pureloveproject25@gmail.com.

2. What data we keep

• Your account: your email and your password (stored in protected form; we cannot see it).
• Your business data: what you enter in the app, such as materials, products, prices, customers, orders, recorded payments, logo and settings.
• Your subscription: your plan, its status and dates. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we do not receive your full card number.
• Your messages: if you write to us or send a review or idea through "I want to hear from you", we keep that message and any contact details you choose to share.
• Waitlist: if you sign up to be notified about the launch, we keep your name and email only to notify you. You can ask to be removed from the list anytime.
• Your customers' data: if you save your customers' names, phone numbers or addresses, we keep them only so you can use them in your quotes and invoices. You are responsible for having permission to store them.

3. How we use it

• To provide the service: store your information, run your calculations and create your documents.
• To manage your subscription and payments.
• To send you necessary emails, such as account confirmation, password changes or important service notices.
• To respond to you and improve the app with your feedback.
• We use your review in advertising only if you give permission when sending it.

We do not sell your data or use it for other companies' advertising.

4. Who it is shared with

To run BizProfit, we work with service providers that act on our behalf and receive only the information needed for their function: data storage and authentication, payment processing and tax calculation, email delivery, web hosting, address suggestions as you type, and font delivery. These providers are required to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

We may also share information if required by law.

5. Where it is stored and how it is protected

Your data is stored on our providers' servers, mainly in the United States. Connections are encrypted and each account can only see its own data. No system is 100% foolproof, but we protect your information with reasonable measures.

6. Your browser

The app stores some data in your browser to work faster and remember your session and language. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as you have your account. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept so you'll find it the same if you return. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

8. Your rights

• View and change your data from the app.
• Download a copy of your data from My account.
• Ask us to delete your account and data.
• Ask us what data we have about you.

9. Minors

BizProfit is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date above and, if the change is significant, notify you by email or within the app.
